Captain Clear has an experienced Quality Control staff member that follows up behind our pool staff to insure they are keeping to the standards set by Captain Clear.

Customer Surveys:
As part of the Captain's online system you will receive a satisfaction survey every 3 months. We like to see how we are doing, and how we can improve on our already exceptional service. This feature can be disabled in your "Pool Service Login Account".

Email Alerts:
Almost everyone including the Captain uses email, so Captain Clear will email you notifications about your pool service. This feature can be disabled in your "Pool Service Login Account".

Text Messages:
The Captain's system will send a text message to you when service has been completed on your pool. Take a look at all the pool service text notification options. This feature can be disabled in your "Pool Service Login Account". Requires Cell Phone number for Text Messages.

Service Tags:
The Captain uses Service Tags when servicing your filters. Helps you keep track of when the Captain has cleaned, back-washed, or changed your Sand, DE, or Cartridge Filter. You can also login to your Pool Service Login to see when your filter was serviced.
